Digging Downunder Excavations specializes in excavation services for Builders, Electricians, Plumbers, Concreters, Landscapers, Homeowners, and more. Our fleet is equipped with top-notch machinery, including excavators, a front-end wheel loader, a mini skid steer, and a 4 cubic metre tip truck, all meticulously maintained to the highest standards.
We operate 2 excavators—a 4 ton with swing boom and a 1.2 ton model with expandable/retractable tracks ranging from 810mm to 925mm, allowing us to navigate tight spaces like gates easily. Our mini skid steer, measuring just 915mm wide, is perfect for handling tight access projects with precision. We have multiple attachments for all our machines ensuring we have the right equipment to get your project done on time.

We are fully insured with 20 million dollars public liability insurance and are committed to delivering safe, efficient, and cost-effective solutions to our clients' excavation needs in the southeastern suburbs of Melbourne, from Pakenham to Portsea, plus south and west Gippsland.

Digging Downunder Excavations is committed to the safety of our clients, staff & all personnel on site, that's why we use the services of Before You Dig Australia (BYDA) to reduce the risk of accidents, prevent injury & avoid damage to underground infrastructure & to ensures your project will have no unexpected delays or costly repairs.
Prior to any excavation works commencing on site Digging Downunder Excavations will obtain a report from BYDA to determine the location of any underground utility services & infrastructure located on site.
